In 1976, Leo F. Quinn started Penn Foam Corporation. Twenty-six years later, although the business has grown to employ approximately 60 people in their modern 80,000 square foot Allentown facility, it’s still a family business. Today the company is run by the second generation of the Quinn family.

Penn Foam has established itself as one of the premier manufacturers and fabricators of polyurethane foam cushioning used in everything from bedding and furniture to gym mats and packaging. They have become well known for their ability to custom design and fabricate foam for your exact needs – in the proper density and in the exact color.  They have their own fleet of trucks to insure safe and timely delivery to their customers located throughout the East Coast.
